This is the second time that I have purchased this. This is a MUST HAVE in your flavor profile!!! So far my hubby and I have used it with: Chicken, beef, veggies.... even eggs! Wonderful and it really holds up the flavor and won't change! That is huge for us! We will be buying and buying this one! Thanks so much!!!

Tuna Bake

In a pot I add a tin of quality tuna. Also add 1 can sliced mushrooms, one can sliced Black olives. Saute in Olive Oil from the tuna for 3 minutes. Then add a can of Cream of mushroom soup. 1/4 can of milk like. Heat until mixture is smooth. Then add in 2 tablespoons of You Chipotle Lime Seasoning. Simmer this very slow. At the ssme time cook a 500 Gram bag of Bow Tie Pasta Pour cooked pasta and heated tuna, mushrooms, Oliver mixture together into a 12 X 9 Cake Pan. Mix thoroughly and even out. Cover in cheddar and/or Mozzarella Cheese. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until the cheese has browned. Was delicious

I've had The Spice Age gourmet hot chocolate, Wake Me Up Before You CoCoa, in my pantry for awhile but hadn't tried it. Today, a cold drizzly day in March, seemed like the perfect time. It is really delicious and not too sweet. The dark chocolate chunks melt and provide a creamy decadent texture. One of my favourite Spice Age products!
