We want you to love your spice age product as much as we do! Try your product for 90 days and if you don't love it, you can return it to us and we will happily refund you in full or exchange the product give the packet is still reasonably full. 

Wrong order? 

We do our best to make sure each package is correct and packaged with care. If we happen to have made a mistake, do not fear! Please let us make this right for you. Send us a picture of your package immediately upon receipt of your order, and your order number and we will resolve the problem immediately. 

I only got half my order? 

If your order is between 7 - 12 spices, we will ship your order out in 2 separate packages. They generally arrive around the same time, however if you are missing half your order give it a day or so and the second package should arrive shortly after!
