Not just shrimp

This is my go-to spice mixture for salmon. I use it as a rub and as pan seasoning. It is especially delicious on salmon used to top a salad. I make a butternut squash and cranberry salad with mixed greens and top it with the seasoned salmon. Always a hit.

Spice perfection!

So perfect on Halibut. Seems to seal the fish so that it has big flavour !Actually great on salmon too but Halibut....oh my!!!
