Preparation

Tuna Cakes

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, egg, panko breadcrumbs, Under the Sea Seasoning - The Spice Age, and lemon zest.
  2. Form into 4–5 small patties and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, pan-fry cakes in a splash of oil for 3–4 minutes per side until crispy and golden. Finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.

 

Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Dill Pickle Party Seasoning - The Spice Age, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy.

 

Serve

  1. Top the tuna cakes with sauce, garnish with dill and lemon wedges.
