Ingredients
For the chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Greek Salad Magic Seasoning – The Spice Age
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt & pepper
- Skewers
For the dip
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or Skyr)
- 1 tsp Greek Salad Magic Seasoning – The Spice Age
- A drizzle of olive oil
- A little lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
Prepare the chicken
- Cut the chicken breasts into large cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, Greek Salad Magic Seasoning – The Spice Age, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces and toss well to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavour).
- Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.
- Cook in a pan, on the grill, or in the oven until the chicken is golden and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes depending on the method.
Prepare the dip
- Mix the Greek yogurt with the Greek Salad Magic Seasoning – The Spice Age, a drizzle of olive oil, and lemon juice if desired. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve
- Arrange the hot skewers on a plate and serve with the spicy yogurt sauce for dipping.
