I love it

It adds a wonderful taste to almost everything I use it on. My husband can't have much salt and I just have to use a little sprinkle to zap up his food. All can say is I am delighted to have it in my spice cabinet!

The black truffle salt is delicious but beware.There is a BIG flavor and just a little too much can completely overpower whatever you are eating.My advice;use less than you normally would and gradually increase to taste.It's worth the time to experiment because it adds a multi-layered flavor to your food.
