Not quite sure about the salt blends.

No the company's fault, but I haven't figured out quite how or when to use the various salt blends vs spice-only blends.

I've tried Mama Mia, Mediterranean and garlic salt once each, sparingly, but found the dishes far too salty. Not sure what else to try.
