Ingredients
Crispy tofu
- 1 block firm tofu (about 350 g)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 to 3 tbsp Let’s Ketchup Popcorn Seasoning – The Spice Age
Dipping sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Let’s Ketchup Popcorn Seasoning – The Spice Age
Preparation
Tofu
- Drain the tofu using a clean kitchen towel to remove excess water, then cut into small even cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the cubes with cornstarch and 2 to 3 tablespoons of Let’s Ketchup Popcorn Seasoning – The Spice Age until evenly coated.
- Spread the tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Dip (Optional)
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Let’s Ketchup Popcorn Seasoning – The Spice Age to make a creamy, flavourful dip.
